Transforming Your Body
And Improving Your Life
Without Drugs or Surgery

I’ll tell you about my before/after pictures in a minute…
But if you want to change your body (and your life), the information I’m about to share with you may very well be the most important you’ve ever read.
I dreaded the thought of staying trapped in a fat body the rest of my life.
But I found a way out. For me, the struggle is finally over. No more fighting. No more living fat. No more beating my head against the wall wondering how (and if) I will ever be a “normal” person at a normal weight. I never honestly thought it would happen, that I would ever look like the person in the photo above on the right.
In the past, whenever I’d see someone like that at the beach I’d silently say to myself, “Why couldn’t I just have been born with ‘naturally lean’ genetics like *that* person….”
Today, the reality is…. that person is ME.
Ultimately, I was able to accomplish this transition because I did something different.
And what I want to do here is share with you exactly what that was.
The Accidental Discovery That Will Forever Change The Way You Look At Weight Loss Success
Before that dramatic transformation, I was frustrated, angry, depressed… because no matter what I did to lose weight, no matter how hard I tried, I was actually GAINING weight every year. But things were different now. My weight problem wasn’t just annoying and embarrassing anymore. It was now causing pain.
Reality was sinking in. I wasn’t in my 20′s anymore. I was pushing 40, and I hurt. Everywhere. My knees, my back, everywhere. My cholesterol was high, my liver function was abnormal, and I had developed chronic migraines that were so painful, I was practically LIVING on Excedrin and Motrin.
Bottom line: I was a physical wreck.
I always considered myself young at heart, but now my body felt like it was falling apart. I was finally starting to suffer the consequences for decades of having to carry around all that extra weight. And yes, I knew I had a problem. That’s why I joined the gym. That’s why I got a treadmill for the house. That’s why I signed up with personal trainers. Over the years, with the exception of surgery, I had tried everything to lose weight.
Then came the last straw: I signed up for a “medically supervised” weight loss program near my work. They put me on a 800-calories-a-day diet for 30 days. I stuck to it 100% and lost exactly 20 pounds in 30 days. But within 2 weeks, I gained all the weight back again. I was crushed. How can this be?! I remember thinking: “How much longer am I supposed to suffer with this?”
As far back as 5th grade, I remember being bullied and humiliated because of my weight. All throughout high school, I was teased, bullied and made fun of for my weight. And I’m almost 40 years old and still dealing with this?! Mentally, I was done. I was tired of trying… I was tired of fighting. I didn’t see the point. I thought I had hit rock-bottom…
But it got worse.
Because what happened next, I never saw coming. Late on a Monday night, after our 3 kids had gone to bed, I remember sitting quietly in my living room, in the dark, after just hearing the news from my wife that she was leaving me.
…
…
Now…
Over the months that followed, I had my first realization, which I’d like to share with you now. And it’s this…
“Every single day you remain fat, you’re losing something.”
And what you’re losing is always something important. Always. Make no mistake, there’s a price you’re paying RIGHT NOW for continuing to be fat. Maybe your spouse or significant other begins to “lose” some attraction for you, and so your relationship starts to slowly “lose” something.
Maybe your other relationships “lose” something too, like those with your children because you’ve “lost” the energy to spend time with them at home after work, and so you “lose” out on having those special moments with them. Maybe the excess weight you’ve put on makes you so tired at the end of each day that you just don’t have it in you to really pursue your passions or hobbies anymore, and so you “lose” that too.
Maybe your kids will grow up fat because of you and they “lose” out on having been around a better role model. And here’s the thing. You’re not going to “lose” any of these things “some day”. You’re losing them TODAY. And every day you remain fat. Zero hype, zero drama, my friend. Bottom line? Here’s what happens.
Ever so slowly, over a long period of time, all these “losses” start stacking on top of each other until you wake up one day and find that your life is only a shadow of what it used to be. And you start to realize that maybe you’ve lost probably the most important thing…
You’ve lost YOU.
The Big Decision That Can Make
Or Break Your Success
Up to that point, I had tried everything and failed. Now what? I’m supposed to give up? SCREW THAT. I didn’t want to live like this for the rest of my life. I knew what I wanted.
I also knew what I didn’t want.
I didn’t want surgery. I didn’t want drugs.
Why?
First, I’m not naive. I know surgery and drugs are big business, and I’m not convinced they have my best interests at heart. I’m not passing judgment. I’m just looking out for what is important to me.
Second, deep down, I knew these would only be band-aid solutions because they would never address the CAUSE of my obesity. And if you don’t treat the cause, it’s going to come back.
Call me crazy, but I wanted to be lean for life!
Also, when I stopped to think about it, I realized that NO ONE who had ever given me advice on weight loss had ever had a weight problem themselves. It was clear that people who are naturally lean, just don’t get it. You know what I mean?
By “naturally” lean I’m talking about people that have never had a weight problem in their entire life. People who have never had to even think about their weight. Personal trainers, doctors, other weight loss professionals, nutritionists… even with the best intentions, there’s no way they can possibly understand my situation.
And I realized that THAT is the reason they make the classic mistake:
The prescribe the same weight loss program to EVERYONE, regardless of their condition.
And let me tell you, someone who needs to lose 20 pounds is VERY different than someone who needs to lose 100 pounds.
Are you getting it?
Different conditions require different solutions.
Are you starting to see why most diets and weight loss programs failed you?
THEY WEREN’T EVEN DESIGNED FOR YOU.
Most weight loss programs rely on one of two things:
- very low calories
- lots of exercise
And what do we know to be true about people who are extremely overweight? They have a more serious eating problem that needs to be addressed, and they have zero fitness level. And THIS is the type of person that can suddenly stick to a very low calorie diet for a year and exercise an hour a day, 6 days a week?!
How’s that ever going to work?
It doesn’t.
Like the personal trainer who put me through a workout that rendered me virtually unable to walk for 4 days due to the excruciatingly intense routine he put me through, even though I told him that I had not worked out or exercised in years. I went along with his training because I trusted that he knew best. Like I said, they don’t get it. They don’t understand me. They don’t understand you.
So I did what any reasonable person in my condition would do. I started looking for the answers myself. I wanted to know WHY a certain diet was prescribed. I wanted to know WHY a certain exercise was prescribed. Why that one and not another one? I started studying weight loss (fat loss) like a crazy person. There really was no choice but to actually study and LEARN everything I could.
And you know what?
Almost immediately, I discovered multiple GLARING problems with mainstream diets and weight loss programs. I finally began to understand WHY those diets and programs had not worked for me. For starters, I made some several key discoveries regarding dieting and how to do it CORRECTLY so that I would never put my body into that “starvation” mode we always hear about.
I also learned what really “triggers” the body to start burning fat! (I had always thought it had to do with starving yourself and eating less and less. Turns out, it has nothing to do with that.) And even more important, I found a way to keep your body in a constant fat-burning state for days and weeks… naturally, without drugs. (Yes, there’s a way to do this by just eating regular everyday foods.)
But you know what? That wasn’t enough. I knew that to REALLY be fit and healthy, it was going to take more than just dieting. After all, who wants to lose all their body fat, only to end up looking scary thin, sickly and scrawny? I’d much rather end up with a body that looks more like Brad Pitt than Napolean Dynamite. And for women, Jennifer Lopez over Calista Flockhart, right?
Dieting by itself will not reshape and sculpt lean, nice-looking muscle.
So I started to research exercise methods. Specifically, I wanted to learn which types of exercises burned the most calories and fat, but didn’t require you to be a pro athlete to get them done. And what I found was amazing. I discovered a series of exercises (simple body movements) that actually require you to exercise LESS, but boosted fat-burning to super-high levels.
Imagine how pumped I was!!
I had hope again. But not “pie-in-the-sky” hope. I had REAL hope because I saw the chance at a REAL solution. But there I was. I had all these powerful discoveries. But no system. No plan that put it all together.
Imagine The Perfect Body
Transformation Plan
- No starvation dieting.
- No expensive diet food or meal programs to buy.
- You can still eat the foods you love.
- No grueling or complicated exercise routines to follow.
- No expensive equipment or memberships to buy.
- You can exercise at home, in total privacy.
- It automatically transitions you into a new lifestyle!
That program did not exist back then.
So I had to create it for myself. The program is called Fat Gone Fast™ and it’s the program I used.
In the first 30 days, I lost 20 lbs. I could not believe it. No starvation dieting, no grueling exercise routines, no deprivation, no struggle, nothing. Yet I was dropping fat like crazy. At the 90 day mark, I had lost a total of 40 lbs. And let me tell you, this was honestly the EASIEST thing I had ever done.
And the rest, as they say, is history.
Some words of encouragement…
- Change Is Absolutely Possible: it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been overweight or how far gone you think you are. None of that matters at all. Every moment is a fresh new opportunity.
- Get Started: one of the most powerful things I share with my clients – and I work hard to make sure they really get it – is the power of “incremental progress”. When I realized that little bits of progress every single day – no matter how small – would eventually and INEVITABLY add up to a huge result, once I understood that, I knew with zero doubt that I could accomplish anything. It was simply a matter of time. All I had to do was simple… get started.
- Never Quit: listen, you going to make small mistakes every day, and once in a while you’re going to make some BIG ones. I sure did. But look at how it went for me. As long as you conitnue to make that “incremental” progress, those bits of improvement every day, you will just make small course corrections along the way until you arrive at your destination on a dime. The moment you quit, it’s over. So rather than quit, just take break, relax, take a deep breath, gather yourself, get a good plan to follow, and get back on course. That is really the only “secret” to success.
I have to tell you that writing this turned out to be more difficult than I thought. At some points in this letter, I had to stop writing because it was bringing back memories that were really, really painful.
You see, it’s been almost 2 years now that I have been FREE from that former life. The life I live today is what I used to only dream about back then, but it’s reality for me now. And even though all the pain from my past is gone now…
I will never forget what it was like.
So just know… I got your back.
I hope that what I’ve shared with you will help you get moving in the right direction.
Talk soon.
Wishing You The Best,
